The Padling Choeki Ga Tshal Foundation (PCGF) was established by the ninth KYABJE GANGTENG TRUELKU RINPOCHE, Kunzang Rigdzin Pema Namgyal, a principal lineage holder of the Padling tradition, together with a Board of Trustees under the provisions of the Religious Organisations Act of Bhutan 2007. Fittingly named after Pema Lingpa, one of the four Terton Kings born in Bhutan, the Foundation’s main aim is to uphold and preserve the Padling tradition, spreading it far and wide for generations to come. The Foundation will not only uphold and spread the teachings of Lord Buddha for the benefit of all sentient beings, but it will also work to preserve and promote the culture and heritage of the country and to improve social and community vitality through religious and traditional education, so as to promote and strengthen the bonds of our common humanity and sense of spirituality in pursuit of universal peace, happiness and harmony. Therefore, we warmly welcome everyone to whole-heartedly join in our activities and help create waves of positive energy for the benefit of all sentient beings.
